Visiting my aunt is always a pleasure. They are always doing something entertaining for the residents. They are safe and well cared for.
The quality of care at the Pavilion is Excellent. The Nurses and staff take time and patience with each person living there and who they are providing caring for. The Pavilion provides a kind and caring staff. The Pavilion is always neat and clean.
My mother has been at this facility for 14 months; there are good people there, and others who aren't so good. The care isn't 100% satisfactory; most of the respiratory therapists are quite lazy—unless you stay on top of them to help your patient, they won't do it, and you have to get lucky just to find them at their station and get a polite response. Communication with the staff is terrible; some nurses or supervisors are attentive and answer all your questions, while others don't even reply. The patients there are at the mercy of God and whichever family members keep an eye on everything…

Just think—I’m constantly staying on top of things for my mother; imagine the situation for patients who aren't visited by their families.
My visit at the Pavilion Rehabilitation Center was very interesting because I get to learn about my experiences with taking and caring for patients with different illnesses. The experience at PRC was very educational.
My first visit today to The Pavilion. I wasn’t sure what I was walking into, but, pleasantly surprised. It was clean & didn’t have that weird smell like most nursing homes. Front desk was very friendly and welcoming. The staff on the floor appears to be attentive but my father only just arrived there so I will see how the remainder of the stay turns out. I will say, there was a discrepancy with the food request but I spoke to Karana, and she quickly corrected the problem. That was reassuring. I hope to continue to be pleasantly surprised. Fingers crossed 🤞🏼
It is very, very good a very nice. The only problem ( the only problem no easy to to park in Flushing).
Dee is the best, my father was unable to move. Dee used the shower bed and wheel my father to the shower room and took his nice warm bath. Then he carefully dry him up and changed him back to his pj. Very care person.
Nice clean
