Waterview is a clean, well-maintained facility with a welcoming atmosphere. The staff members I’ve interacted with have been professional, courteous, and genuinely attentive to the residents. It’s clear that there is a strong focus on providing quality care while treating people with dignity and respect. The building is kept tidy, and the team works hard to create a comfortable environment for both residents and visitors. Whenever I’ve had questions, staff have been helpful and willing to assist. No facility is perfect, but it’s evident that the people at Waterview are dedicated to continuously improving and providing the best experience possible.
