This is a beautiful facility. The building and the grounds are spectacular. The staff are congenial, respectful and caring.
A relative of mine has been living here for 14 months and has been very happy. Lots of activities for residents, the staff has been very helpful.
Facility is clean , bright and residents are happy and taken care of. The Staff are kind and happy people who really care about the residents that live there. Great activities and beautiful setting and amenities .
I toured The Glen at Hiland Meadows. The lady I spoke to was very nice and understanding, and she gave me a tour, which was very helpful. It has a very nice handicapped bathroom, a nice beautiful window to the outside, and it's very roomy. It has a beautiful outdoor area that they take the residents to during the summer and the warmer months, and it is beautiful. They've got picnic tables and chairs and canopies out there. It looked very, very nice.
Genuinely nice, helpful people - staff and residents. Good food and a myriad of amenities/activities. I live here and I highly recommend it.
My father in-law stays there. The place is immaculate. Warm atmosphere. Nice people.
I was happily surprised by how I was treated in my new apartment by both the staff and the other tenants here. Many were not just welcoming, but also very supportive and friendly to me from the start! I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I was very happily surprised by the staff and the other people who were in the house of the Glen. They were welcoming and supportive to me when I needed them to be. Helpful in directing me to the right place for meals, library, after dinner activities, pool, daytime activities, eating areas, knitting or sewing classes, hobbies, art, or games that are offered to all or to who is just interested. It was also important that it offered a safe space that I could cook, and spend quiet time in too. The checks made on you help me to feel safe & comfortable, while allowing animals that I can visit as well as enjoy for & with myself!
I have found my "Happy Place"! After having lived alone in a rural area, I was apprehensive about moving to an apartment but the Tour sealed the deal- my apartment is perfect. The staff are ALL friendly and helpful; the new pool and hot tub are great, Best of all, I can do everything or nothing at all.
