I had a great experience with the Elliot. At first, I didn’t know what to expect. The woman Brianna who did the admissions in the Nurse Rose couldn’t be a better help. My family member felt very comfortable, which he never does. He’s a nervous wreck all the time they made him feel so comfortable which made me feel great. I want to thank everybody at the Elliot for being so welcoming.
I recently was able to have my client was placed at the Eliot seamlessly with the help of Brianna. She made the process straightforward and easy throughout the way. The Eliot is a well maintained facility and my client is happy to be there.
My family and I toured several assisted living communities in the area while looking for the right place for my grandmother, and Elliot Erie Station was our favorite. The community was clean, welcoming, and had such a warm, comfortable atmosphere. It really felt like a place where residents are cared for and treated with respect. A special thank you to Brianna for making our tour such a positive experience. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of our questions without making us feel rushed. A special thank you to Brianna for making our tour such a positive experience. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of our questions without making us feel rushed. I would definitely recommend Elliot Erie Station to anyone looking for a caring and welcoming community for their loved one.
Making the decision to move my dad into an assisted living community was not easy, but from the very beginning, The Eliot at Erie Station made us feel comfortable and supported. Seeing my dad happy, engaged, and well cared for has given our family so much peace of mind. One of the biggest reasons our experience was so positive was Brianna. She took the time to get to know our family, answered every question, and genuinely cared about finding the best fit for my dad. What could have been a stressful transition felt much easier because of her kindness, patience, and guidance. I also have to mention Aaron at the front desk. He is always friendly, welcoming, and remembers people by name, which makes every visit feel a little more personal. Knowing my dad is somewhere he feels at home means everything to us. We are so grateful to the team at The Eliot at Erie Station for helping make this next chapter such a positive one. ❤️
I regularly visit residents at The Eliot at Erie Station to provide church visits, fellowship, and religious counseling services, and I wanted to take a moment to recognize one employee who consistently stands out: Lai or Lay. I believe its Lai. From the moment you walk through the doors, she greets everyone with a bright smile and a warm, welcoming demeanor that immediately makes you feel like you belong. She is always kind, respectful, and willing to help wherever and whoever she can. What has impressed me most is that she doesn’t limit herself to the duties of her position. From the residents I visit, I’ve been told that whenever they have a concern or need assistance, she goes above and beyond to make sure the issue is addressed and resolved. For example, one of the residents I visited needed help with getting a new copy of their birth certificate. Lai was not only able to help with a new birth certificate, she helped the resident get a new social security card too. Two things he had desperately been trying to get for a good bit of time. Her dedication is especially evident in the Activities Room and throughout the building. The decorations for holidays and special events are always creative, inviting, and thoughtfully done. For example, the front window displays are beautifully decorated each holiday and bring so much life and personality to the community. During her time there, I have noticed a significant improvement in the atmosphere and engagement of the residents, and her hard work and passion is clearly reflected in that. The residents seem genuinely comfortable with her, and it is obvious that she cares deeply about their happiness and well-being. She is highly respected by the residents I visit and the staff I talk to. Whenever her name comes up in conversation, I hear positive comments about her work ethic, professionalism, creativity, and willingness to help others. The Eliot seems very fortunate to have someone as dedicated and compassionate as Lai on their team. Employees like her make a meaningful difference in the lives of residents and visitors alike. I thought I would be able to write multiple reviews so I'll just add a continuation to this one. I would also like to recognize Aaron for the outstanding care and professionalism he brings to The Eliot at Erie Station. Aaron is the kind of employee who leaves a lasting impression on everyone he meets. He is always respectful, polite, and carries himself with a level of professionalism that is becoming increasingly rare. It is clear that he was raised with strong values, as he consistently treats residents, visitors, and coworkers with kindness and dignity. During my visits, I have witnessed Aaron go above and beyond for residents on numerous occasions. He is attentive to their needs, willing to take extra time to help, and never hesitates to step in when assistance is needed. His calm demeanor and genuine concern for others help create a sense of comfort and trust among the residents. What stands out most about Aaron is that his actions seem to come from a place of genuine compassion rather than obligation. He takes pride in his work, remains professional in every interaction, and contributes positively to the atmosphere of the community. Residents speak highly of him, and it is easy to see why. The Eliot at Erie Station is fortunate to have employees like Aaron and Lai, who both demonstrate dedication, compassion, and a commitment to making residents feel valued every day. Their efforts do not go unnoticed and play an important role in creating the welcoming environment that makes The Eliot such a special place.
I just want to thank Iris for her fabulous work on showing how the Elliott works her knowledge is excellent and I cannot believe how warm this place with all the friendly staff and how happy everyone was I'm looking forward to moving forward with getting into the Elliott and thank you again for the tour and how nice it will be to live there thanks J B
I recently visited the Eliot at Erie and it was delightful! Residents were sitting out enjoying this sunny day and chatting with each other. As I walked inside, staff and residents filled the lobby, interacting with one another and a visiting vendor as well. It was nice to see such a happy place.
I really want to recognize Lai, the new receptionist at The Elliot at Erie Station, because she has truly made an impact. From the moment you walk in, she greets you with a warm smile and positive energy. She’s always in great spirits, and it genuinely sets the tone for the entire visit. My father says she goes above and beyond to make sure the residents are happy, and you can see it in the way so many of them naturally gravitate toward her. It’s actually beautiful to watch. Residents regularly come up to her to talk about their problems or just to vent. Even when she can’t personally fix what they’re going through, she actively listens. She doesn’t rush them. She validates their feelings and treats them with real respect. Sometimes that listening ear is exactly what makes their day, especially my father’s. One thing that really stands out is how attentive and organized she is. She makes sure the mail actually gets handed out to residents, something that may seem small but means so much to them. She’s even memorized the sandwich orders of residents who regularly request them. That level of attention shows she’s paying close attention to the little details that matter. She also moves so swiftly and efficiently behind the desk. At the same time, she keeps the entire front area spotless. I’ve seen her thoroughly wipe down the monitors, the wires, the desk, everything. She clearly takes pride in her space and her role. What I respect most is how she never forces residents into anything. She speaks to them with patience, validates their emotions, and respects their choices. That kind of compassion can’t be trained, it’s just who she is. Lai is truly one of The Elliot’s best assets. Having someone like her at the front desk makes a real difference for both residents and families.
