4.4 · 91 reviewsWe were worried since my mother in law did not want to go into assisted living. She’s there maybe 3 months and she likes it very much! There is always someone around and everyone knows everyone on staff. We are very happy and safe having her there. Everything is done for her! She’s on and off in a wheel chair but they get her up with a walker whenever possible as they like to she her independent. We are very pleased
Compared to everything else, The Country House in Westchester was inexpensive. The unit that they had available that I would have gotten had cross-ventilation and a woodsy view. The staff was, across the board, genial, professional, and friendly-all good things. The problem was the population. I saw not one person who was anywhere near the stage of aging that I am. With all the good things about the place, that would have been a real hindrance. The food was very good and very beautifully prepared.
I like it here. I like to sit in my room and watch tv but others like to do things with others. There are many activities. The food is good and there are offerings for my dietary restrictions. I have been here for a while now.

My father loves The Country House. Some of the staff have changed, some for the good, some for the worse but overall, we are very satisfied with the care he gets. He seems happy there and even though the price just went up, its still average with places in the same town.
The Country House is a lovely community with lovely staff members. They work hard to make sure my mother is well cared for and the activities are well thought out and keeps the residents engaged. The food is good and the price for living there is reasonable.
I couldn’t have asked for a better place to have taken care of my elderly mother. The staff was very helpful and courteous. We were treated like family. We would recommend a place for mom to anyone who asks.

I have a family friend at country house and everytime I visit I’m so impressed at the atmosphere. From the staff to all the residents everything is just amazing! My friend tells me how much she loves living there and how good the food is. There is always something for the residents to do all times of the day. Fantastic place if you are looking for somewhere for your loved ones.
