The Bristal Assisted Living at West Babylon

My mother lives at The Bristal Assisted Living, and we couldn’t be happier. The staff truly goes above and beyond to make every resident feel comfortable, cared for, and valued. They are kind, attentive, and always willing to help, which gives our family great peace of mind. We’re so grateful for the warmth and dedication they show every day. Highly recommend!

I have worked with The Bristal at West Babylon for many of my clients- the community is gorgeous, the staff is warm and friendly and the nursing staff is experienced and consistent. Christine in sales is especially warm and experienced- making the move from home to a community a comforting and smooth transition.

I recently moved my uncle into the Bristal at West Babylon. As an employee working in another location, we chose West Babylon because the location worked best for all our family members. I had worked there a few years ago and always thought it was a great community. He was living alone and we wanted him to be closer to us, around others to socialize with and mostly be safe. I knew this was the right choice for him. I know the staff and felt very confident he would be in good hands. I cannot say enough about Natasha, Christine and all the staff I have interacted with. They have been nothing but professional and helpful with this decision. He is happy and thriving and again, most importantly he is safe. I am thankful for their help in making this move as easy as possible. It's a great community!

When searching for memory care facilities for my father, this was the easiest decision. We didnt choose the Bristal, we chose the people who work at the Bristal. From Christine welcoming us to making the transition seamless, to Jessica welcoming my father on his first day, they were the absolute best. Elizabeth was amazing in “reflections” amd her and the staff did everything to make him comfortable. If you are in need of a facility that goes above and beyond, look no further. There is no better support staff anywhere.

I did a tour of the Bristol with a woman named Christine. She was kind, patient and very informative. Everyone we saw along the tour was also very kind and seemed to enjoy working there. The residents also seem happy which is relieving to see considering the circumstances. The building itself is beautiful and exceptionally clean which is a MUST for me. I was impressed overall and their pricing was reasonable.
