This is not to say it wasnt one of our first choices. Extremely convenient location, pricing is affordable, and no nonsense. For one price, all care, room, meals, and coordination of services is provided. From every person we encountered, we were exposed to kindness and sincerity. Brad Chafin was highly instrumental with efficiently coordinating everything, including our tour. But the individual who truly, and sincerely bent over backwards for us…

We have visited the Arbors several times to consider location for my father. Ultimatetly, the choise was his, and ended up at a different location. This is not to say it wasnt one of our first choices. Extremely convenient location, pricing is affordable, and no nonsense. For one price, all care, room, meals, and coordination of services is provided. From every person we encountered, we were exposed to kindness and sincerity. Brad Chafin was highly instrumental with efficiently coordinating everything, including our tour. But the individual who truly, and sincerely bent over backwards for us was Megnan Alvarez. She was a wealth of information in all aspects of the industry, as well as going out of her way to meet my father, and understand his needs. From all the people we have met along this "trip", my father justifiably liked her the most. She is a credit to this institution, and clearly takes pride in making Arbors the best it can be. If you want an affordable, assisted living facility where your mind can be at ease, with truly caring people, I think you should consider the Arbors..in Westbury.
We celebrated our sister's birthday today. The staff made a cake, we brought in ice cream and balloons. Carmen made the event very special. They sang happy birthday and made her feel very special. Thank you Westbury Arbors and staff. We had a great time.

She immediately contacted him and we were on our way. The Arbors at Westbury is very nice and clean. Brad took me around and showed me everything. All staff were pleasant and said hello. Brad explained all and took his time with the tour. I was very impressed with Brad his knowledge and kindness is second to none. In addition, I told Brad that I am touring many many assistant living facilities. The Arbors is definitely on top of my list…

I can’t be more happy with the quality and care my mom is receiving here at the Jericho Arbors location. They have made this stage of life for my mom one that is positive, social, and loving.
The Arbors at Westbury has been a wonderful experience for my Mom and our family, when we had to transfer her from another facility, due to its shutting down. The Arbors is well run with an exceptional, warm and caring staff. If you are in search of a homey and cozy environment where your loved one will be taken care of, check out the Arbors at Westbury, you won’t be sorry and you won’t have to worry!.
The Arbors at Westbury is such a wonderful place. I am talking from experiences since my Mom has been at two other assisted livings, and The Arbors is the BEST, with no comparison. From Meghan the director to the facilities staff, I have never seen so many caring and compassionate people. They care about their residents and give them the attention and love that a family member would give. I know my Mom is in great hands here and it’s an awesome feeling. I am beyond happy that my Mom is at The Arbors and I would recommend it for anyone looking for their loved one to reside.
The Arbors at Westbury is a great place for your aging loved one. They have activities for residents all throughout the day, and the staff here are fantastic. They are attentive and seem to really care about making a positive experience for their community. The leadership team is accessible during times of need, and they follow up on matters of concern. Giving up independent living is rough. No way to sugarcoat it. However, if you need to find a true home for a family member, the Arbors at Westbury is a great option.
We are unable to comment on the meals and dining, we know nothing about it as our loved one was not there long enough. Reasonable rate- didn't need the amenities that came with the more expensive places
