Sunrise of New City

I was in a very difficult position concerning my family member, Sunrise was so very supportive and caring. They helped me with all the stages that were required and in record time. The management and staff are absolutely marvelous and friendly. The care they give could not be better, they have hair stylist, dentist, and drs. available and they have 24hour nursing care. The food is very good and plenty of it. The whole facility is clean, bright and welcoming. Highly suggest the facility if you are looking for a safe and secure place that cares.

The billing is confusing because you're always a month behind. The local people are very helpful though. Sometimes you have to really push if you want to look at new meds or things that are outside of the regular routine. They can be very slow. Overall though, its a lovely facility, they are warm people and they really try to make your family member feel at home.

I can't say enough about the facility and staff. I was very sad about having to put my mother in a memory care facility, but they are absolutely wonderful. The staff is very attentive. The facility is clean and very comforting. When I leave there after visiting my mom, I'm comforted in knowing she is in good hands. I would highly recommend them.
