Most of the nurses and the aides are very caring people. The front desk staff has a history of being disrespectful towards visitors/ family and does not provide assistance at routing calls during critical situations. I have been placed on hold for more than 20 minutes at a time during urgent moments and I have been spoken to as if I am bothering the staff by asking for help at getting through to speak with a Nurse or a Manager. This has happened multiple times.
Very friendly staff! The saying of Grace before meals is wonderful! The free iced tea at the entrance on such a hot day was very thoughtful! Keep up the great work and God bless you!
Kind and accommodating staff. They did everything they could to help and did it with a smile. They seem to be somewhat understaffed so just be persistent and polite and they will do what they can. Everything going great after a little shaky start but it was a holiday weekend so that definitely impacted things.
My aunt was cared for at St Patrick's some twenty years ago. She got excellent care and treatment. Another relative has just started residing at St Pat's and is very happy to be there. My visit today confirmed that little has changed in twenty years. The same attentive care and concern for residents is still in place.
I was visiting from California. My friend’s mother is in the rehab facility. All of your staff were very friendly and sweet to us and our mother that is staying there. Loved the check-in procedure and the staff’s professionalism and courtesy. Thank you.
Everyone at St Patrick's has been very welcoming. They have done so much to help my niece feel at home, to know her surroundings and the people who share life there.
They don’t deserve 1 star but that’s the lowest I can give. This place Very Under staffed 4 staff to the entire floor and the patients are all in wheel chairs. The common areas are nasty food all over the floor, the staff could careless about what’s happening due to being short staffed, staff on their cell phones in common areas and at the med cart on video chat calls DO I NEED TO SPELL OUT HIPPA and the patient’s private rooms bathrooms are very nasty mold all on the shower chairs that’s over the toilets and the 7th floor smells of urine so I gather it’s due to most of the individual’s being in diapers due to being in a wheel chair! I pray the individual’s aren’t getting diaper rash and or bed sores due to the lack of care from the staff! As a family member to visit as a first time visitor it’s very saddening to see and will be reported because it’s technically abuse! Get it together!
It's a beautiful place with very nice and professional staff members! And clean too!
