I’m writing this because parents deserve to know the truth. My daughter was in this respite facility and what happened to her was unacceptable. I truly feel she was neglected and mistreated. When I reported my concerns, I was treated like I was the problem instead of them taking accountability. To make it worse, they called CPS and lied, saying I refused to pick my child up — which is completely false. I was trying to get transportation and never refused my daughter. As a mother of a special needs child, I should be able to speak up without being threatened or retaliated against. I will NEVER…

The Respiratory staff is Amazing, nothing but good things to say about them. House keeping and dietary nice group of people. Hard working and pleasant. Be diligent with dietary on food needs for your child. Nursing I would not trust their word. Definitely strongly advocate for your child. Be diligent with their meds so they are not over medicated for the staffs convenience or a $ grab on insurance. Physical therapy and occupational therapy. Hmmmm don't trust their word. Watch their insurance with them, all about the money. Couple of them have the God complex. Administration bunch of smiling…

Watch their insurance with them, all about the money. Couple of them have the God complex. Administration bunch of smiling fake faces I would recommend taking pictures and documenting everything, lack of range of motion, wounds, dirty unkept rooms.. Best advice visit often and question everything. Best of luck if your unfortunate enough to have your child in this place. There are a few who definitely care and there work shows. Most are there for the money and their treatment and cover ups of accidents to the residents is shameful. Cation Beware
My granddaughter is at this place and she is worst than when she got there. The nurses and their antarage are the worst set of people I have seen at an institution. It's not a good place to send your child. TERRIBLE place for a human being
This place is beyond terrible. The things i see there is abuse. They stick together in their wrong and the care there is less than human. I hope cps find their way there because what they are doing is not right. Its abuse.
Not a good place to bring your child, if your looking for people that care and want your child to do well and get help this is not the place. Jewel the person that runs this place is a terrible person. He has no heart and doesn’t care about the employees nor the children at the rehab. The turn over of employees is the worst. They can not keep anyone employed because, of Mr. Jewel. The moment you start to get to know someone and build a relationship they quite. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I can not believe a place of nurturing has someone who is so heartless running this place.
My granddaughter Amaya, has been living at St. Margaret's since she was an infant. She is 9 years old and a paternal twin. They have the most dedicated and loving staff I could ever wish for her.
