St Anns Community - Webster

My mom went here three weeks ago .. most part good staff .. the problem I have is my mom deteriorated within three weeks and passed.. three incidents reports .. my mom told me she had been thrown to the ground by a nursing aid .. two incidents she had fallen.. and was not supposed to be walking on her own .. then one supervisor told me a aid was fired for abuse she said she should have not shared this information.. doesn’t make Sense., it’s clean ., most nurses aids were amazing.. my moms funeral is this coming Monday..she passed on Sunday ..we were all there so much .,

My parents spent a year at Cherry Ridge Assisted Living facility (The Glen) after brief hospital and transition facility stays. They both had Cherry Ridge at the top of their preference list of places to seek follow-on care, and working with Brian provided our family an understanding and professional experience with the initial registration. The staff is very caring and clearly enjoys the work they perform. My wife Carol and I have lived in an independent living apartment at Cherry Ridge for one and a half years now. Cherry Ridge was our first choice when searching for a senior living home. And we have not been disappointed! The best part for us is the resident and staff community that we now are a part of. Indeed, we are all family. Special kudos to Brian from Marketing who helped us find just the right home for us. And Patty, the Independent Living Residence Manager, who has guided us through our transition into the Cherry Ridge community.
