4.0 · 12 reviews[name removed] is an angel. The people there are all cared for and it was nice for mom to have other women to chat with. Food was good but mom was t eating much. She did like her snacks though. With the dementia she wasn't into any activities other than watching tv. I didn't see many of them doing activities since most of them were in the same boat as mom. I did see games & cards in the common area. Sophia tried to encourage my mom to crochet
Sophia's Care gets a score of 5 on all accounts. Alexandra and her healthcare provider team go above and beyond in caring for the most frail elderly residents. They accepted my father last year with open arms when many other facilities rejected him. The personal care and attention my father has received exceeded all my expectations. I am so grateful to Sophia's Care and I have no idea where I would be without their love and understanding for the elderly sick and vulnerable residents they serve.
Easy to communicate and honesty are paramount. There are only approximately 8 residents there. I would recommend Sophia's Care Services to others looking.

They are always answering any questions, that I may have. They could improve on the morning routines. They have been great with taking care of my loved, and I am very pleased. I would recommend to other families.
We chose this facility because of the price, proximity, and the friendliness of the staff. Our favorite part about the facility was the one on one relationship with the staff, you can tell they really care about their residents. I would and have recommended this facility.
The community isn't super modern; the furniture is a little older. The care and the people that work there are very caring. The staff is very friendly. For my husband, the activities were good. They would take them off-community for trips to things like senior centers. Definitely a good value.
My mother has been living in this community for the past 3 months. The care that she receives there is second to none. Staff is very professional and caring. The meals are served promptly three times a day, with one dedicated staff just for meal preparation Meals are nutritious and tasty. Snacks are served in between as needed. Fresh fruits available. Medication is picked up and dispensed timely. Routine medical appointment are done right in the facility. Wonderful attention to ADL is given. Home is clean, fresh smelling and pleasantly decorated..... Being a small home environment community allows the staff to get to know each individual client personally. Likes, dislikes strengths and weakness. Staffing pattern seems to be consistent. This is a very important factor for patients with memory issues. Change and inconsistency can be very confusing causing agitation and mental aguage. Owner lives on premises so there is optimum supervision and oversight I would not hesitate to recommend Sophia's Care Service to anyone in need of quality loving and safe care for their love one. This statement comes from someone in direct health care field for 42 years.
I am very pleased with the care my husband received here. The staff are very caring and treated him as one of their family. He was always clean and groomed even though he would give them a hard time about getting showered. He was always well fed and very comfortable I would recommend this facility highly
