When the family decided it was the right time for our mom to make the move to assisted living, Adam provided us with guidance after listening and hearing our concerns and needs as related to our mom. He accompanied us to the facilities we were interested in, kept notes for us and interjected with questions when we needed his insight. Adam has kept in touch throughout this process and continues to be available as a trusted advisor and advocate.
I can’t thank Adam enough for his incredible support in helping find the right senior assisted living placement for John. From the very beginning, Adam was proactive and compassionate. He arranged a site visit for us and negotiate a discount residential rate, which was a huge help. He assured us that we can reach out anytime with questions.
Adam was recommended to me at a time when I didn’t feel like I could ever find the right place for my mom. He showed me the cottage at Somerset Gardens. I had my reservations, but he assured me she would get great care. After four months of my mom living at Somerset, I could not be happier with Emily, Dedra and the whole staff! Mom is happy too! Thank you Adam!

Adam was wonderful to work with!! He was very honest, responsive, empathic and knowledgeable. He gave me the reassurance to move my parents out of a facility that was lacking competence in their memory care unit, to a facility that has much more experience and knowledge of how to run an efficient memory care unit! He patiently guided me through this extremely difficult and stressful process. Now that my parents are settled into this new placement, many of my concerns have been alleviated. For that I am forever grateful!!
Adam is a consummate professional and expert in his field. He is compassionate, patient and navigated a complicated situation seamlessly. I could not have helped my father go from rehab to assisted living without Adam by my side. He was there every step of the way and is excellent at communicating. Adam is accessible. He coordinated all the details of the transition for my family. He has been a blessing to my family and we are grateful to have met him and work with him. I will always recommend Adam. His work ethic and knowledge is unmatched.
Adam is an extremely well-versed resource who is always available. He gave his opinions on anything we asked, but never offered them unsolicited, and was never biased towards any one facility. All of his services came at no cost. He still stays in touch with us after placement should we need anything or have any questions.. I couldn’t recommend him any higher.
Readily available as my family was under considerable time pressure, Adam was great. He delivered several properties to view and was knowledgeable about each one. Calm during a chaotic time, we were able to move very quickly, within days, getting my parents placed in a beautiful facility. As he is compensated by the various entities, it was unbiased and at no cost to us. Overall, super service and results.
Adam provided excellent guidance and support when helping us find the best place for our parents. We cannot thank him enough.
