3.9 · 38 reviewsSeneca Lake Terrace has come along way with providing excellent care to the residents with the right staff in place. Some reviews are from staff that were let go for the right reasons. Management is on top of doing what is right!!
This is the worst assistant living home for the elderly they do not follow state regulations and are so rude to the residents they make fun of them and call them names and then the employees harassing other employees. These residents need to be moved to another care facility asap I do not recommend moving your loved ones here 😡😔
Terrible customer service. They never answer the phone. They never call back. My Grandmother is here and I can tell you they do the bare minimum for their tenants and yet charge $5,000+ a month. It is an absolute joke of a price point based on the treatment she receives, room she has, and the cost of the area in general. We’re currently shopping new options.

Mom was happy there. There are always some problems but nothing we couldn't work out. I'd recommend it to anyone.

We had approximately two weeks to find a place for my sister in law(note during the hardest part of year- Christmas and New Years)! We contacted a place for mom and explained our situation. An appointment was made the next day to visit Seneca Terrace. What we observed during our visit made our decision easy. Residents were friendly and seemed happy. Staff were very thorough and took an active interest in my sister in law’s wishes. We moved her in quickly- I made the comment on how accommodating everyone was. We are in our second month now and feel such a relief that my sister in law is happy and safe there. We must recognize [name removed] who deserves five stars for being so caring and does so much more than his job description. Also A Place for Mom is a godsend! They listened to our needs and made a perfect match.
Just sat with my sister Nancy at lunch, and the meal is 5-star!
