EMMA IS A VEIN SEVANT GODDESS!!!!
Dr Ronald Marino is the best doctor I have ever had here. He sits down and explains everything in detail. It's hard to find a doctor like him that actually cares about your health. He is very intelligent I was very impressed with the care I received today. His intake nurse was very kind when I arrived and so was the lady that rescheduled my appointment when I was leaving. Internal medicine Dr Marino I highly recommend. 1 more thing the receptionist on my exit asked me if I wanted her to set up the ortho appointment for me she did. Very awesome ty.

Finger Lakes health is not being careful with who they're hiring. I saw Dr. Reihaneh Derafsh and it was an absolute nightmare. She didn't listen to any of my symptoms or concerns. I used to see Dr. Pita-Acevedo and she was excellent but she retired. I'm not sure if FL health is desperate for doctors right now but Dr. Derafsh gave me the lowest quality care possible. Avoid this doctor at all costs especially if you're a young woman.
Gud Vibes w/“Receptionist”. Despised the excess documents, I assumed I was required to complete. Didn’t wait long. Was not told before: Menzies &/or caffeine can increase pain of mammogram. I felt unnecessary pain caused by this human-made torturous apparatus. 1) Made by a male? 2) 3-D image (radiation)?
The doctor didn't want to listen or help us.
My sister and I were not impressed with the Living Center South facility of the Finger Lakes Health group when our mother was living there. It was not as clean as we felt it should have been, our mother was not happy there and some patients were talked down to by certain staff memebers. We were lucky to get our mother moved to a much nicer facility of the Finger Lakes Health group, where they treat everyone with respect and it is kept cleaner. Living Center South needs to be re-evaluated, improved upon, remove the dead wood staff members and get people who really care about the patients and envirnoment.
