My Mom Dorothy has been a resident for about 3 years. She had been here before and came back after a 5 week stay at another facility. We were not happy with that facility and came back. We were welcomed back by all. I know it has taken a while to write the review. All of the staff are wonderful. I don't want too name any as I don't want to leave anyone out. The nursing staff attend to all her needs and always call me when there are any concerns. My concerns are addressed as well . Also all the other departments contact me when they have any concerns and I really appreciate that as well. Recreation keep them busy all day with many different programs and she loves her Bingo. They do not have this at other facilities . She also comments on how she likes the food and it is a diversified menu. Loves the brunch!!! All the departments show a genuine concern for my Mom and they always go out of their way to say "Hi " to her and ask how she is doing. They also make the family members feel welcome and go out of their way to say "Hi" to us as well. She is only on a maintenance program with rehab but they do monitor her. Rehab was very receptive to her needs when she was on the regular program. Administration also addresses any concerns that I have and are available to assist when necessary. We are lucky to have found such a caring facility providing great care. I have recommended this facility to others .

I’m currently recuperating from surgery here. My mother and mother in law were also here. The facility does an amazing job. We all know people have a leader and Isaac is an amazing admin and leader of the facility.

We have a family member with special needs and is rehabbing at Sands point. During these very trying times , our family feels confident that he is getting proper care both medically and through Pt/Ot. As issues arise in this most difficult situation, the Admins, Social work , and staffing does a good job in addressing the needs of our loved one. We feel confident in the overall care that is being provided …

Our experience at this nursing home has been truly wonderful, and I’m so grateful for the care my loved one received. The nursing team is exceptional. They are kind, patient, and always willing to help, no matter how busy they are. It was comforting to see how attentive they were and how genuinely they cared about the residents. They took the time to answer questions and made sure my loved one was comfortable and well cared for every day. The rehab team was just as impressive. They were encouraging, knowledgeable, and really pushed in the best way possible. You could tell they wanted to see real progress, and that motivation made a huge difference. Because of their hard work and support, we saw steady improvement and growing confidence. What stood out most was how personal the care felt. The nurses and rehab staff treated my loved one with respect and kindness, and that meant everything to our family. I would absolutely recommend this nursing home to anyone looking for a place where people truly care
