I would like to express our sincere appreciation for the excellent care my husband received while at your facility. Your entire staff from the receptionist to the janitorial workers were extremely kind and helpful. To be honest, after seeing the negative reviews online, I was skeptical that my husband would receive good care, he had nothing but excellent care. Thank you all for providing my husband with outstanding rehabilitative care.

The aides were very helpful. One aide, Winsome, is truly remarkable! It was very difficult to get water or a pitcher ice on many occasions. The meals were not, even slightly, nutritious. On several occasions, one overnight aide, in particular, (Lorna?) acted very indifferent to my concerns regarding a bed change and pain. On one night she responded to my call a whole hour later (2:30 am - 3:30 am ) without an explanation or even showing the slightest concern. I said to her in summary: "I am here for rehab only not long term care. I am mentally stable. I am also a working women with a job that is mainly treating 'all people with dignity and respect' ,too. I am an Office Manager at a homeless shelter.

I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but after seeing how this place operates today, I feel people deserve to know the truth. What bothers me the most is how certain leadership treat the staff. CNAs, dietary aides, housekeepers, and support workers may not have high-ranking titles, but they are still human beings who deserve basic respect. Instead, many are spoken to like they are beneath management, and it creates a toxic environment that affects residents and employees. What’s sad is that it didn’t used to be this way. Back in the 1970s through the early 2000s, you had real people working here—people who genuinely cared about the residents, took pride in the food, and kept the place spotless. But that was a different owner and a different era. If there had been a complaint or even a hint of a one-star review back then, leadership would have been on top of it immediately and staff would have been held accountable. There was no Google at the time, but people still made complaints, and the facility actually responded. Now it feels like standards have dropped to the floor. They hire anyone, including people with serious issues, and put them in a building full of vulnerable elderly residents. When you combine that with poor leadership, it becomes clear why there are so many one-star reviews today. This place needs major changes. Based on what I’ve seen, I cannot recommend it.

The staff is nice, they are very helpful and even if they are busy you still feel like you can ask for help when needed. Staff is very accommodating and efficient. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Have had a good stay here and am grateful for the assistance they provided.

If I could leave a zero I would this is one of the most disgusting rehabilitation center I've ever heard about my mother stayed for almost a month she was not receiving help nor was her roommate my father went up to this rehabilitation center he said it smells like piss and poop all throughout that place they did not clean the bathrooms my mother who is a recovering stroke patient who's left side of her body is weak and she was trying to get up to help her roommate because nurses were not attending to call bells sometimes up to hours waiting for a nurse to come in my mother also heard a woman yelling and I quote "HELP SOMEBODY HELP ME PLEASE HELP HELP" also it is a nursing home so they treat everyone in the facility as if they are in a nursing home I don't wish this on my worst enemy and will never recommend this place for anyone
