4.1 · 11 reviewsThis is one of the worst places I have seen and what they do NOT do for their clients. Were without electricity including heat for almost 24 hours. (Do you know how cold it is up there? )There is no nurse on duty 24 hours. It is hard to reach a doctor! They want the patient to pay when they have to travel 40 minutes away for a specialist. From my friend - the food is horrible and she orders in a lot of things to eat! A woman with dementia was just walking around lost! The room is so small ... how can 2 people watch 2 tv's at the same time? My friend has to sleep in her chair because the bed…

Mom has been a resident, for 2+ years and has been looked after expertly and kindly, all thru Covid I have had no qualms. The staff is caring and kind.

Pine View Commons is very convenient for us and it seems to offer all of the amenities that my mother-in-law needs. Everything is very clean and very pleasant. She seems to be very well taken care of and she likes it there. There wasn’t a private room available but since she is afraid to be alone, we decided that probably the shared room would be best for her and it’s working out very well. The staff seems to be very accommodating, very pleasant, and seems to be very interested in what she needs. We’re very pleased thus far.
This place is terribly depressing, not what we're looking ofr.
