3.9 · 39 reviewsMy Dad is currently there for rehab after he suffered a stroke leaving him paralyzed on his left side. The staff here is amazing and Genuinely caring. My Dad means the world to me and it puts my mind at ease to know he is being cared for by such a wonderful team. The cleanliness of this place was absolutely amazing. We have already seen a lot of improvements as far as his rehab goes. The Therapy team has done an amazing job in just the short time he has been there. This place is highly recommended.
The nurses don't answer bells. I asked twice for help with my mom to get her off toilet. The physical therapist Tamara us amazing and always so helpful.
My aunt was left in a diaper so long she got a UTI and there was dried pool on her that the hospital couldn’t get off.

When it came time to place my grandmother in long term care, we were fortunate to be able to have her obtain a bed here. Staff went above and beyond to make sure she was spoiled. Unfortunately, they also face the new world since Covid with staffing. They start out with full staff but so many just don’t want to work. But the quality of care she received from those that were there was so appreciated. She loved going to the beauty parlor, mass, and any time there was live entertainment. We even had her birthday party there in a large dining room. Highly recommend.
Some of the best nurses, CNA’s, dietary, house keeping, and ancillary staff around the North Country. Blessed for such an amazing team. My grandma, grandpa, aunt, and uncle have been or currently still live within the facility and they enjoy the atmosphere, activities, staff, and food. Each day it only gets better.
Nice enough facilities. But not enough staff! They badly need to hire more physical therapists and nurses. And they don't communicate with family! They call and don't leave messages so you don't know who to contact. They don't respect the patient's wishes. They do things the way they want to.
My grandfather stayed here and told me about his whole experience and how mistreated he was and ignored when he tried speaking out about having a heart attack. A nurse literally turned him away when he reached out for help. This place needs to be shut down these people do not care and I don’t trust my grandfather in their care.
