2.7 · 53 reviewsThis place is dirty, smells like straight up urine . Very understaffed. The residents are poorly taken care of. Little to no health care given.
I am a current resident here at MRNC on the unit B2, during my stay I was treated with dignity and respect. Everyone I encountered was helpful. I don't know if you could expect more from anywhere. I was here for over 100 days and finally will be discharged from the facility after great PT/OT and Nursing Care.
Management doesn’t care about residents go check out the tik tok report, it’s an eye opener. Not enough food? Basic needs? Jeez. How do they sleep?

They need to fix the toilets for these people they need better care for them and they need more meals that they can eat not just tomato and a biscuit are you kidding me they get money to take care of them from there insurance and get the money from there ssi check they need to do better for them people
My mother loves living here. The staff is wonderful !
Seems under staffed if patients are laying in soiled clothing The state needs to look into this place
The only thing good about this place are the aides. They run out of the right size briefs at least 3 times a month. The food is sub par and disgusting in taste and looks. Some patients go over 12 hours without being changed.
There appears to be several issues spanning food quantity, the lack of staff and service that was provided.
