I was surprised to see how quickly the clothes I brought for my sister were labeled and brought to her room during my visit. Nancy was kind and said to let her know anything about Diane's clothes

Kevin in charge to wash mom two days in a row slammed her into wall..swearing cussing She is in pain right side.

I'm tired of being told who I can not visit ever time I visit my dad I'm told to hangout with him then come down for coffee and other stuff I want to say thank you to Lisa who works on the third floor and Shannon and everyone who helps my dad and Misha too and everyone else thank you

Update: This administator and workers will tell you nothing but lies. It’s bedridden patients are sometimes skipped for meals. Today is thanksgiving and they never gave her a lunch until someone finally answered the buzzer. They then gave her a pbj, but after contacting head nurse she went and got her some of what was left 2.5 hrs later. I reached out to the administrator and all he said was he passed it to dept heads to review. Aides ignore the buzzers and she sat in a wet bed for well over an hour until I went and got someone. If you complain and advocate for your loved ones, they tell the patients/residents to not contact you. She went in with a fractured ankled and they waited over 5 months to take her to the doctor who tells her it healed wrong and needs to be rebroken. She has declined physically since being here. I now have to see if the pain she feels in her tailbone is a sore or something, because they refuse. This is really heartbreaking to me and I can’t do anything, but report, document and keep a paper trail. I’m physically unable to care for her physically by myself. All I could do was cry today, because I feel so helpless. All I can do is pray for a miracle. PREVIOUS REVIEW- These reviews have to be paid for or fake. I’m giving two stars, because the administrator does at least respond to your email for the most part. My mom is currently their and has been for over 5 months. They don’t provide adequate meals. Imagine being an adult and having to eat 1 hot dog and 5 pretzels for dinner. If you don’t want the nugget size piece of fat with barbecue sauce and 7-8 cold hard fries, you get 1-2 peanut butter jelly sandwiches for your last meal at 5pm. She has been laying in a bed with a broken fractured ankle and can’t walk. They aren’t taking her to her surgical appointments or having the doctor see her for the pain she’s in. They apparently don’t care about the patients just the check. I’m starting to feel they are doing this on purpose, so they can’t leave. I have to find her a better place, but I know their isn’t one in Buffalo. I would tell other things, but don’t want to put a target on my moms back. She is not the only patient and won’t be the last.

they dropped my mom on the day she was going to sign herself out and sometimes left her in bed with the same dirty sheets and sometimes didn’t bathe her or clean her wounds some of the morning staff was nice to her

I was there today visiting my dad and he was itching really really bad he says that he has a big huge psoriasis spot on his side of his shoulder and back it looks like psoriasis but it also looks like a big huge bed sore

The people there was great

Seems clean and well staffed.
