I wouldn’t send my loved ones here. Takes forever to reach someone to talk about important health issues. Nursing staff always say they are busy and refused to write down a call back number saying she doesnt have a pen on her 🤷‍♀️

Staff could be more caring and knowledgeable

If you’re reading the negative reviews about this place—believe them. Every single one. I wish I had. My mom is currently a patient here, and what should have been a simple, positive visit turned into one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had with any facility. I took time off work specifically to spend the day with her and finally get her outside for a walk, something she’s been looking forward to instead of being stuck inside all day. I was denied. Why? If you’re reading the negative reviews about this place—believe them. Every single one. I wish I had. My mom is currently a patient here, and what should have been a simple, positive visit turned into one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had with any facility. I took time off work specifically to spend the day with her and finally get her outside for a walk, something she’s been looking forward to instead of being stuck inside all day. I was denied. Why? Because she didn’t have an “out on pass” signed by a doctor. Now, I understand policies exist for a reason, and I was respectful of that. But here’s the problem: my father was able to take her out for a walk just two weeks ago using a pass that a nurse wrote up for him. Same patient, same situation—completely different outcome. So which is it? Is this policy real, or does it just depend on who you talk to that day? I even escalated this to the supervisor on duty, explained the situation, and showed proof of the previous pass. Still denied. No flexibility. No effort to help. Just a flat “wait until Monday when the doctor is here.” Let that sink in—I was told my mom couldn’t step outside for a short walk on a nice day because of paperwork inconsistency, despite clear evidence that exceptions had already been made. I spent over an hour going back and forth for something so basic and humane, only to be shut down. It’s not just about the policy—it’s the lack of consistency, compassion, and common sense. Patients here aren’t just charts and rules; they’re people who deserve dignity and small moments of normalcy. Do better.

Do not send your loved ones here! The nurses don't know what they're doing. My dad was sent here after leaving the hospital because he had a PEG tube. He is now healthy other than having the PEG tube and needing to be cleared by the speech therapist to consume food. He was at this place for less than 24 hours and they messed up everything! The beds were uncomfortable, it was so indented that he couldn't even roll himself around. They had to inflate the bed during the day so they had him sitting for 2-3hrs on a chair which he didn't have the strength to do. They ended up putting him in a chair/bed for the 2-3hrs so he was more comfortable. When they needed to start the PEG feeding, his nurse was uneducated. The PEG has 3 ports and the nurse could not fit the syringe into the middle port so they forced it, which caused the PEG tube to slip out of place. Originally the outer portion was touching his stomach, but they ended up pulling the tube out by an inch which is a lot! Another nurse who stated they had 17 years of experience came to help and whipped out a SCOSSIOR attempting to cut the line! In which we refused and requested for him to be sent to the hospital. Somewhere among the chaos, the nurse attempted to flush the PEG tube to make sure it was ok, but we heard an audible "pop". After arriving at the hospital, it was determined that the PEG tube was misplaced and the nurse popped the balloon that was holding the tube in place. My dad was in so much pain after even with the smallest touch and they still attempted to "fix" the situation by cutting it or whatever. I KNOW that we learn at least the bare minimum about PEG tubes in nursing school. Or at least the nursing home should teach their nurses the proper way on how to care for patients with these medical equipment. I would not trust any of my loved ones in this nursing home.

I will never send nobody there my mother was there and they let a lady that was in the room with her hit her and they didn’t do nothing about it they got all my mother things there and giving me a hard time to get it they waiting 2days to send my mother to the hospital knowing she is very sick please don’t never send your family members there please don’t I got my mother some where else and she love it where she at now

My wife is in there right now. I have no choice because my preferred facility doesn't have a bed. She's had to make several trips back to the hospital. I asked whats her treatment plan and they looked at me like I had two heads! They will just let your loved ones lie there all day. They do next to nothing, It's a stinking warehouse.
