4.4 · 16 reviewsWhen my mom was diagnosed with dementia in 2022, I needed a reliable place for her care. She has been living at The New Falls Home for just over two years. The staff there have been exceptional, ensuring she leads the best life possible. They are attentive to her medication needs and provide her with individual attention whenever the weight of her condition becomes overwhelming. I'm grateful for the opportunity to have her there; it's a relief to see her thriving and forming friendships. My heartfelt thanks go to everyone at The New Falls Home for their support in caring for my mom.
They did not have enough staff to give our loved one what she needed. They recognized that and worked with us as best they could. The issues that we had were no fault of the facilities. I cannot say enough about the staff, they were phenomenal. The only issue that I had is that we had to hear that she could not come back from the hospital instead of them calling to letting us know. If your loved one has memory care issues, I would look elsewhere.
The Falls Home is filled with a loving staff, many of whom have been there for years. It is a friendly environment that truly feels like home for the residents. The residents are well taken care of.

The falls home has a great environment. The staff are kind and helpful. They have lots of activities for the residents and everyone who lives there seems to be really happy. It is a short walk to May great shops within the village of Montour Falls and right around the corner from one of the most beautiful waterfalls in the area. This is a highly recommended facility for anyone who is not doing well living on their own.
It was a pleasure visiting my loved ones at this facility. It was clean and all of the care takers were respectful and kind to my family!
The Falls Home is a lovely place with staff that genuinely care for the residents. I would definitely recommend The Falls Home if you are looking for an Assisted Living Home for yourself or your loved one.
