Though rent is paid on time monthly, I find extra funds added to my account. All this imaginary past due has something obscure to do with the past and disagreements with the State but all I’ve ever been billed for has been paid. There is documentation to prove it but that doesn’t stop hundreds of dollars being added to my account. I am not the only resident this happens to. I believe this has been going on for years. I look forward to moving out and would not…

The staff at the Cascades is great, it’s the administration that’s the problem. Since I’ve been here there’s been a battle over money. I look forward to moving out and would not recommend anyone live at Bethel Health Care or the Cascades. At Bethel Health Care the care itself is in question. The staff isn’t as skilled as they should be. There were issues with the APRN at the time (I was there between July/Aug 2022 to February 2023.) He would alter my doses. The environment is unsafe. Thumbs down for both sides.

Kim Thornton is the nicest person that I have met. She is very polite with my mom.and treats her like she's her own mom. My mom evelyn really likes her. She very professional and courteous. Kim is a asset to you company. Everyone should have Someone like kim.to work for them
