Meadow Park Rehab & Healthcare

I would like to thank Meadow Park for the excellant care I received. I was warmly received and given the attention I needed. I was able to successfully stand and walk independently on my own in a few short weeks. The nursing staff made sure my medical needs were met around the clock. The aides were very kind and made sure I was cleaned with showers and/or bathing at bedside. There were daily activities led by J...s. The facility was swept and mopped twice a day. The food was varied and prepared very tasteful. I can't say enough about the physical training staff. Very professional and supportive. The morning was dedicated for my legs and hips and the team members G...e & R...e were very helpful and kind in their instruction. The afternoon treatment was for my upper arm and shoulder strengthening and was guided by M....e. This was all supervised and documented by R...y their supervisor.

I've been here for about a month and I enjoy the physical therapy and occupational therapy that I receive here...most of the nursing staff is nice but when they are busy one could wait until a half an hour for someone to get to you... but for the most part all of the nursing staff have been nice...the food isn't bad either but the breakfast isn't the best...I guess it depends on the diet one has... but for the most part the staff is very nice and helpful... Like Pam the nutritionist remembered some changes I wanted to my meals and not that the kitchen gets it right all the time I see she puts in the orders...they have activities every day. James is my floor's activity director and he really takes time to listen to the residents whether he can do anything or not and lol Jeremy one of the social work assistants I joke with and say when he sees me he's like oh no there's Ms. Ford because I always have a question... but he's very kind and always has a smile on his face and gets on whatever I need! So for the most part I'm pleased with Meadow Park rehab!
