My initial tour of the facilities was very in-depth and she really took the time to explain everything and then a week later did the tour for my son also. John the Maintenance Mgr is very helpful too. The first thing I noticed was how clean everything looked and smelled so fresh. I've only been here 2 months so far but everyone I met is very friendly. It's very peaceful and quiet here, with planned weekly activities. And with the rising costs of utilities it's amazing that all the…

This place is great! Lori the Property Manager is very friendly and helpful and really cares about the tenants. My initial tour of the facilities was very in-depth and she really took the time to explain everything and then a week later did the tour for my son also. John the Maintenance Mgr is very helpful too. The first thing I noticed was how clean everything looked and smelled so fresh. I've only been here 2 months so far but everyone I met is very friendly. It's very peaceful and quiet here, with planned weekly activities. And with the rising costs of utilities it's amazing that all the utilities are included in the rent even the Wi-Fi! Right in the mix of Alden, Depew and Lancaster so there's a lot of shopping available nearby. Signed, a happy camper.
I just wanted to say that I love living at Lancaster Commons it's clean it's quiet and I have gained a lot of Peace by living here
