3.2 · 5 reviewsMy mother has stayed here for over a year. The staff is very caring, responsive, and always attends to her promptly when she has a need. It is a pleasant and homey environment.
Mandation everyday. Not enough staff. Employees do no calls no shows 3 or 4 in a row and no discipline. You chart the truth or tell the truth to residents, especially to those who do not have dementia, you get fired. You get lied too. Too stressfull!!
My mother, [Name removed], was a resident for 4 years at the Greenfield Court. The nursing staff is professional, friendly and give exceptional care to the residents. The Social worker was always available with my questions and concerns. My mother enjoyed the food. The Food service staff was friendly and interacted with the residents. There were always smiles and laughter at meals. The Creative Arts Director and her staff were so helpful in getting my mother to participate in the many activities they offer the residents. I saw this place briefly when I was touring options looking for a loved one. Overall I just was not very impressed by what I saw here. The place seemed dark and a bit run down. The receptionist also seemed a bit cool and impersonal to me when I dropped by to check the place out.
