The services of ur entire staff was amazing. They were patient, understanding and reliable with the care they gave my mom (Luz Rivera). I couldn't have asked for better care. Special thanks to ur CNA'S- L.Mejia . M.Wallace Bambi. Minto. Ur nurse Ms. Brown, was outstanding with her care for my mom. Again just absolute outstanding care. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for these sevice. Also ur physical therapist that handle my mom, was also outstanding. Thank you, King Harbor for ur amazing services. God bless u all.
My grandmother was admitted to this rehabilitation facility three separate times over the course of 10 years due to complications from congestive heart failure. Unfortunately, her final stay here was, by far, the worst experience our family has ever had, and it completely overshadowed any positive experiences we previously had. I genuinely believe this facility has declined significantly over the years. The only reason I am giving it one star is because there is no option to give zero. From my experience, the quality of care noticeably decreased on the higher floors. If your loved one is placed on the fifth floor, I strongly encourage you to advocate for them. Patients were routinely left sitting in wheelchairs lined up in the hallway for extended periods of time with little stimulation or interaction. My grandmother was still able to communicate and repeatedly told staff she did not want to spend hours sitting in the hallway staring at nothing. One of my biggest concerns was the lack of basic nursing care. Staff instructed our family that my grandmother needed to be repositioned every four hours to prevent pressure injuries. Despite this, she developed severe bedsores that became so painful she would cry whenever she was cleaned. I visited every single day for a minimum of four hours and never once witnessed staff repositioning her during my visits. I often repositioned her myself because I could see how uncomfortable she was. Her water pitcher was typically filled only once a day, leaving her with warm water for hours. When she rang her call bell for assistance, she frequently received no response. There were multiple occasions where she had to call me on her cell phone from her room so I could contact the front desk myself. For someone living with advanced congestive heart failure, timely attention to basic needs is not optional—it is essential. I was also deeply disturbed by my interactions with the financial department. Once her insurance coverage was exhausted, I fully understood that there would be financial responsibility for her continued stay. However, instead of contacting me to discuss payment options, staff approached my grandmother directly and had her sign paperwork regarding her pension and Social Security benefits. At that stage of her illness, her cognitive status fluctuated because her heart was no longer supplying enough oxygenated blood to her brain. The facility documented these cognitive changes regularly, making it especially concerning that financial documents were presented directly to her rather than discussed with our family. Finally, after my grandmother passed away in January 2026 while still at this facility, I received bills addressed to me demanding payment for her outstanding balance. I was listed only as her emergency contact and was not legally responsible for her debts. Receiving collection notices at my home while grieving the loss of my grandmother felt incredibly insensitive and inappropriate. No healthcare facility is perfect, but every patient deserves dignity, compassion, and attentive care. Based on my family’s experience, I cannot recommend Kings Harbor Multicare Center and I truly hope if you are reading this review you don’t even consider it.
I am back at Kings Harbor again and that says it all. The service here is top tier the staff is friendly and very efficient at their job. My nurse Rose Mason is a cut above the rest the staff shines when she is on duty. My aide Jennifer Smith is always smiling she works from her heart and Kiva from the housekeeping department makes my room clean and always smelling great. I would recommend Kings harbor to anyone who needs rehab or just a place to recover.
This is the second year my grandma is here for her knee recovery and it has been an amazing experience. My grandma loves the care and attention always given to her and is very grateful for all of the hospitality she received. She wants to give a special thank you to Ms.Jones on the first floor and for the excellent therapy she received especially to her therapist Darwin. -Maria Rosario
My uncle has been on 4W for a couple of weeks now and I couldn’t be happier with his care the ladies have gone above and beyond with caring for his needs. His favorite nurse Ms Rose is such a caring and patient person she was definitely made for this job his aide Ms Smith and Ms Ramos alongside Kiva from housekeeping are all great at what they do. I would recommend Kings Harbor over and over again. Thanks for your service.
Kings harbor is a beautiful place a 10/10. this is my second time here and the therapist here are wonderful shout-out to Sonia and Lillian they were amazing. I was on 1 East and the staff there are very amazing especially my nurse Msbrown, and cnas, L.mejia, M.wallace,A.Facey Mamba, and minto. I want to say thank you to L.Mejia she was my primary cna in the morning shift and she treated me so wonderfully she earned a special place in my heart what a sweetheart. But on the other hand the food can be a bit better but I love the fact that the dietician helped me out with sorting out what I needed. On the other hand there was a cna that need to fix her attitude with patients Fraser.
I am a patient here at the rehab center for the last 7 months. The therapist I had were Mike and Andre. They were the best and very supportive therapists. They don’t give up on you and motorcade you to the fullest. They are very professional. I recommend them highly. I hope to go home soon and owe it all to them. The nursesethat took care of me were also excellent. I was in 4 east and depended on them to get me ready everyday. I had Beverly and SIMM and they were both great All the nurses were great and were too many to mention them all. I want to thank you all for your support. Special thanks to nurse Vogulle for the push and the tough love!!!
