I have famiy that lives here so I visit them once in a while. Everything seems clean and functional. They have ADA compliant rooms, elevators ,stove and a refrigerator in each room, wifi, cable pull cords in case of a fall wall to wall carpets and secured entrace

The staff here are of excellent quality and the apartments are not bad at all. For most cases it's a perfect fit.

18 yrs. Don’t know where else I’d want to live.

There is not much to say about this place, the staff is so two faced, nothing is included, your rent goes up at least 3 times a year, they will not help you with anything, " I cannot do that for insurance purposes" they walk in on you, without notice, things go missing. If you want to die this is the place to move, otherwise RUN

Don't move here, don't allow your loved one to move here. They raise your rent with little notice or rationale. My family member died when living here and they charged me for services (food, laundry, cleaning) that he never received. They told the family we had two weeks to clean out the apartment and then, after we did this, not before, they sprang it on us that we owed rent for those two weeks. Tried to reason with them and now I have an attorney. That's how they do things over there-always trying to get more money from residents (or former residents). Office staff creates a culture where residents feel afraid. It's a shame because the apartments are nice, the location is super.
