I'd be happy to recommend this assisted living facility. The staff are caring, compassionate, and treat residents with dignity and respect. The facility is clean, and provides a warm, welcoming environment. Communication with families is excellent, and it's clear that the team genuinely cares about each resident's well-being. Knowing our loved one is safe, comfortable, and surrounded by kind people has given our family great peace of mind. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for quality assisted living care.

Very nice community with a caring and welcoming team. Building was clean and the staff was friendly.
They start off caring and lovable until your money gets low then you get the boot. Not a fan at all. Greenfield in Lancaster is a much better place for Mom or Dad.
The Administrator was very nice to me when I came in. I needed to find a place for my mom and didn't even know where to start but she sat me down and went through things with me. She evan made me a cup of tea. Nowadays everyone is so busy, and I was so overwhelmed with everything, so it was a pleasure to sit with her. She was able to help me sort through everything, and didn't mind that I was crying the whole time. I felt better when I left.
Our family feels blessed that we found Eden Heights of WS for my Mom. We are constantly amazed at how professional, caring and thorough they are. We had no idea what to expect from Assisted Living, but Eden Heights exceeded all our expectations. The campus is nice, the food is good, but the staff is WONDERFUL. I would recommend them very highly to anyone!
