Never leave your love one there please....this is a nasty and smelly place the 4th floor smells so bad and the staff at night are very vindictive...PLEASE....if you have and love one there take them out A.S.A.P...go and check on them and make sure they are ok....
Independence is right, they are Independent of answering a phone. My uncle may be staying be there, but I wouldn't know, as I live out of state, and normally reach him on the phone by his bed. I have not spoken with him in the year 2026 at ALL. They have called me a few times asking for more money, but not until I at least know he is alive. I then tried calling the nurses desk as I was directed by the concierge, but after 2 hours of ringing I gave up. As for the quality of care who knows, can't get ahold of a nurse to ask. In reply to your response, I have tried to contact the administrator…

I went there to visit a family relative. Who is currently very sick? All in all I enjoyed my visit and the staff was very nice. I think maybe they're a little understaffed, but they were extremely polite while we were there and explained his medical condition to us. Even though it's sad to see him in this situation, I was blessed with the opportunity to have a visit with him. So thank you so very much
Very clean place. Very nice staff
Me gustó el servicio la seguridad del lugar
The staff is very friendly and the place is kept clean. They are doing a great job taking care of my sister on the fifth floor. The only thing that could improve is to eliminate a certain order that permeate the floor And the rooms.
My comment is on the visitor entry protocol at your facility. During my visit on Dec 23, I was required to provide my and my mother’s full legal names in three separate formats: a digital kiosk, a public-facing ledger, and verbally to the front desk staff. This process is not only redundant but also raises privacy concerns, as my personal information and my mother's full name are left visible to other visitors in the public book. I was informed by staff that this is a safety policy; however, I believe the current execution is inefficient and creates an unwelcoming, institutional atmosphere. A review of these procedures to ensure they are both efficient and respectful of visitor and resident privacy would be ideal.
Its a great place and the personal are even better
