4.0 · 229 reviewsMy father was a resident at Atria Riverdale and I cannot thank the staff enough on his behalf for the care given to him. Too many to name here, but the residence has an amazing team of professional and caring. Thank you for your hearts.
They mismanaged my mother’s medication daily. I would have to check her meds daily. They do not have a real Dr at the facility. He is only there to take blood pressure twice a week. It was probably the worst decision in my life to entrust my mother’s care and life to them. She was there only 4 months and passed away in the establishment. I never got a truthful answer of why she passed away. If you truly love your parent do not fall for the lies and misrepresentation they sell you when you are looking. I have to live with that guilt the rest of my life.
I have a client living in this facility. I am not satisfied with the staffing or the responsiveness with the staff. Many things are not responded to and often take significant time to resolve.

I am at the Atria usually twice a week and there has never been a time when I have not seen a staff member cheerfully trying to brighten a residents day. The staff is always smiling, pleasant and helpful.
Atria has been a great experience for my mom and everyone on the staff has been super friendly and helpful in fulfilling all of her needs. Couldn’t be happier with the facility and services from top to bottom.

The Atria in Riverdale was clean and bright and up-to-date. The apartment I saw was a little too small for my needs and although the facility was listed as independent living featured only kitchenettes.
We found Atria after a bad experience at another senior living facility. Our Dad has early stage Alzheimer’s and Atria is a place where he can live independently with dignity. The building is well maintained and offers a wide array of activities for all different interests. I’ve joined Dad for some meals and the food is good and runs like a restaurant. All the staff are professional but also very warm. Choosing Atria was a positive life changing experience for the whole family.
