Hudson Pointe is a great facility! I have had nothing but a lovely experience here, and the staff has always been so attentive to my family.
My experience with Riverdale Nursing Home was outstanding. The staff were compassionate, attentive, and always treated residents with dignity and respect. The facility was clean, comfortable, and provided a welcoming environment for both residents and visitors. The rehabilitation team was knowledgeable and supportive, helping residents make steady progress toward recovery. I am grateful for the dedication and professionalism of everyone at Riverdale and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking quality nursing and rehabilitation care.

This nursing home is a place like no other. The staff are so caring, and they’re going above and beyond for their residents. Even during extreme weather conditions, they show up or stay to take care of our elders. The staff members are working as a team to address the needs of the residents. The people working in the facility are very helpful and respectful. This place is also clean and smells good. I would highly recommend this nursing home. Kudos!

I can’t say enough good things about Hudson Pointe. From the moment I arrived, the nurses were incredibly attentive and took the time to really get to know everyone as a person, not just a patient. That made such a difference in the comfort and overall experience. The Doctors and Nurse Practitioners truly listen. They stay in touch, explain everything clearly, and make sure you feel heard and involved in your care. Leaving you feeling respected and supported every step of the way. What stands out most is how much they genuinely care it shows in everything they do. They made me feel comfortable putting my trust in them, and that peace of mind is priceless. I highly recommend Hudson Pointe at Riverdale to anyone looking for compassionate, professional, and personalized care.
Adequate ...these 2 choices are extreme not really realistic. Needs cared for Sitting in group room with overly loud tv and some of fellow residents also loud it is hard to talk with my guest... But better than in bedroom .
The staff is very caring and they know what they’re doing. They’re organized and have their act together. I’m impressed with the leadership and communication. I can tell through my care meetings and my conversations that they really put the residents first before anything! What I will say is that I was very hesitant coming in because of their two stars, but once I got a tour and spoke to management, I felt very comfortable. I’d recommend anybody who is discouraged by their rating to get a tour before making a decision. You won’t regret it!
