here are very snarky med staff, very rude and condescending. Forgetting my Mothers Meds giving incorrect doses etc.. items missing, caught the head nurse going through Moms private drawers. Very very unpleasant experience so I moved her out. When she had diarrhea which is caused my a medical condition they wouldn't feed her because they said she had an upset stomach - lost 15 lbs in the short time she was there.
They treat my brother-in-law very well by having him engage with other folks also they have entertainment come in. The room is perfect. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

According to my father, the food quality has been going down recently. We ultimately chose this community because it's close to my home and it's super clean. The staff are also kind and attentive.
It is top notch and a great value for the cost. I would absolutely recommend it to others. I would say it's perfect for someone who needs some supervision (they manage all medications) and care but not a nursing home. I would say that it's a beautiful place, very clean, and the staff is well trained, kind, and attentive. I picked it because it's clean, beautiful, the residents seem happy, and it's very close to my home.
Hillcrest Spring Residential was great all around and pretty much exceeded my expectations. Very clean facility, and the staff was professional... They also kept in contact of there were any issues or questions.
I highly recommend Hillcrest Spring for your loved one. The staff is friendly, compassionate, patient and is always taking that extra step to ensure the residents are happy and content. Britany, the Activity Director plans special projects they do on a daily basis. Lucy and her nursing staff are attentive to their health needs daily. They have an in house Hairdresser Lott, that enjoys pampering them. They have a few Residents that play piano for them, we enjoy visiting and listening to their music as they clap and sing. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
My loved one couldn't be happier here. The family is happy that our that our loved one. The staff are unbelievable as they are extremely friendly to work with. Everyone has a conversation for you. I liked the community from the moment we walked in. There are three meals a day served to the residents, along with snacks. Cards, entertainment, and more are some of the activities offered to the residents.
