Harris Hill Nursing Facility

The staff was really nice and polite. The food wasn't bad and my room was always cleaned everyday. In some cases customer service could be a lot better but overall I give 4 stars. The rehab here is every good considering I couldn't move my leg iwhen I first got here. I would recommend Harris Hill

Our family would like to express our sincere gratitude to the staff at Harris Hill Nursing Facility for the care provided to our dad during the final days of his life. Like any large healthcare facility, not every aspect of the experience was perfect. However, what mattered most to us was the overall quality of care and the compassion shown to both Dad and our family during an extraordinarily difficult time. From the nursing staff and aides to the social workers and therapists, we consistently felt that Dad was treated with dignity, kindness, and respect. As his condition declined, the staff worked closely with hospice to ensure that he remained comfortable and peaceful. They were attentive to his needs and responsive to our concerns, and they provided support and reassurance to our family throughout the process. Dad passed away quietly and comfortably, in loving surroundings. We are deeply grateful that Harris Hill helped make his final days as calm and dignified as possible. Thank you to everyone at Harris Hill for the care you provided and for the compassion you showed to our entire family. We will always remember your kindness.

On April 20 I experienced open heart surgery and transfered to Harris Hill rehab for recovery. On a bases of 1 to 10 i give it a 9 due to the smiles the care, and most of all the explanations I received for my conditions. No matter the position it is an extreme nice environment. The staff has been wonderful and that means everything to me. I highly recommend Harris Hill Facility. Although the courtyards are not opened they look so inviting to patients it adds to the experience recommended by my daughter it is the best decision I have made regarding my health

The staff treats me very well. Its not perfect but the overall service is a 5.

Terrible place. It has taken me four months before I could write this. The care is horrendously lacking as almost ALL AIDES AND NURSES are only looking at their cell phones. This I noticed over and over again while 8 lights are on in the hall with residence needing help. Many days, there were no nurses at the station. On 12/28 the place had no hot water, and still at 3 p.m. still nothing (I don't think they called anyone to fix as [at least this day I could find a nurse] who nastily told me "it was like this at 7 a.m. when she arrived"). At 5 p.m.....still no hot water. In addition, my beloved was lying in filthy sheets with fecal on them, his pillow didn't have a case on it. I had to wash him myself with "cold water" because I couldn't find anyone to help me. He was starving and ate everything I brought with me as well as drank everything I had too. I couldn't get him out of that place soon enough!!!!
