The staff treat her like a treasured family member, and she constantly tells me that she feels loved by everyone there. My mom is flourishing at Fredonia Place! We moved her there when we could no longer care for her ourselves. It's been such a relief for us to know that she's surrounded by the wonderful, caring, professionals who work there! The staff treat her like a treasured family member, and she constantly tells me that she feels loved by everyone there. There always seems to be a group activity happening, everything from music therapy to movie nights with popcorn. Yes, Fredonia Place is a very safe, well-run, full-service memory care facility – but it's also a real home where kind, loving, dedicated people are caring for, watching over and engaging with my mom and other families' loved ones at this tender stage of life. We couldn't ask for anything more and hope all families in our situation are lucky enough to find a Fredonia Place!

My mother has been a resident at Fredonia Place for three years. The staff there love on her and treat her like she is part of their family.
Our 86 year old loved one with Altheimer's is not only being exceptionally well cared for by the amazing staff at the Fredonia Place but she is thriving. The staff and management have not just provided a safe and watchful environment for her but have skillfully engaged with her which has allowed her to reconnect to things that she loves like socializing, having fun, dancing and making friends. Fredonia Place is so much more than just a care facility. It is allowing our loved one to enjoy these later years in a way, that given her disease, we never imagined possible.
My 95 year old uncle recently moved into Fredonia Place. What a god send it has been for him both physically and mentally. His apartment is sunny and pleasantly sized. The staff has gone above and beyond duty in making him feel welcomed and ensuring that he is aware of and participating in the many activities offered. Other residents are friendly and have been receptive to joining him in conversation and activities. Meals are well done and the staff seem to learn the residents preferences easily. With no nearby relatives, it gives us great ease of mind to know that he is being well looked after. Can’t say enough good things about Fredonia Place!
Very unprofessional staff and the Human Resources employee used his personal mobile phone number to contact my wife about her W2 tax forms to get her name and address to send it to her but also said he could just send her a picture of it I feel that that is very unprofessional and inappropriate
