I would say yes, we would recommend Fountainview at College Road based on the experience we have had so far. It is quite nice. I think that someone who is looking for independence with less responsibility and opportunities to socialize or stay active would find this to be an option to consider. Also the location is pretty convenient - not far from things.

Great atmosphere feels like you are walking into a hotel the director Rafi is one of the nicest people ever actually cares about every resident
This is the quintessential retirement community. With it's 10 acres of beautiful landscape, gorgeous indoor pool, friendly staff and glatt kosher food, I never knew such an incredible retirement community can exist. I highly recommend FountainView to anyone wanting to enhance his or her retirement living in and around the Tri-State area!
Stunning facility and conveniently located near Monsey. The place has a 5 star cleanliness to it and the staff genuinely seem like they care. I spoke to Resident Services Coordinator, I think his name was Ari, he clearly runs a tight ship, and was open and caring to all my concerns. Really went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Real unique place, I think all facilities can learn from this place.
