4.8 · 5 reviewsMy loved one is a resident at this facilty. We would highly recommend Fayebrooke on Youngs to others. The staff is friendly and fantastic. The food and the food choices/variety are fantastic (one of the biggest selling points for us). The staff all get to know you and remember your names, your Iikes, dislikes, and food restrictions. The facility is always kept neat and clean.
In searching for an apartment last year, I had a list of criteria that I hoped I would find in a beautiful community in Western New York. Imagine my delight when I discovered Fayebrook on Youngs. My tour of the models offered a variety of lovely apartments. I chose a two-bedroom, one bath on the first floor that had patio and a fireplace, a full size kitchen with granite counter tops. The Dining Room offers three remarably delicious meals a day. This is a five star restaurant and the meals are included in my rent. Chef [name removed] and his staff are most professional. My tour of the models offered a variety of lovely apartments. I chose a two-bedroom, one bath on the first floor that had patio and a fireplace, a full size kitchen with granite counter tops. The Dining Room offers three remarably delicious meals a day. This is a five star restaurant and the meals are included in my rent. Chef [name removed] and his staff are most professional. Also, weekly housekeeping and an attached garage are more of our perks. Did I mention that we have a Van available for shopping and appointments. In addition, several opportunities for activities are planned monthly. Yes, Fayebrook on Youngs convenient location meet all of my criteria for a happy, safe place to live.
They had very high end things. The apartments were gorgeous. It was absolutely beautiful but it was very expensive.

Recently visited a friend at this new complex and thought it was absolutely beautiful. My friend has been very happy with her decision to live at FayeBrooke on Youngs. She loves the convenience of having meals included with her rent.
The food here is amazing. Chef [name removed] and his team do an incredible job.
