Everything was excellent and great I would recommend this place to anyone anyone the staff was great they took care off my dad like there own thank you so much zinc the blonde yellow I forgot her name lol
The best thing at Elmhurst Care Center were the physical therapists, especially Ten Sin and his helpers. Manny was also helpful.
This place is horrible especially for the elderly. My family member came here for what they have the audacity to call "Rehab" and almost didn't make it out of there alive. Due to their incompetence and failure to properly treat and monitor him he was taken to the ER twice within a 24 hour period. Clearly this was all terrible for his recovery, he only got worse here. They wanted more info about an honest review I left and the social worker called me acting completely unhinged, yelling about and refusing to take accountability for the failures of this facility to keep their residents safe and promote healing. This reaction shows me this is likely not an isolated incident. This place is a sinking ship, if you care about your loved one bring them anywhere else and don't let them go down with it.
