However, after 3 months we decided that the client would be served moving back into Elm York. They provide excellent services with an amazing staff, quality food and comfy living arrangements. We appreciate them allowing her back into there community!
I recall bringing my brother Jaime Quinones to Elm York 12 years ago, his health was not great and since his admission his health was improving and i was so happy to see how well he was doing. Whenever i would come to visit my brother i would notice how well he was taken care of throughout the years. My brother would highlight how much he enjoyed the meals and the activities provided to him. Elm york provided a smoking room which was a big plus for him to have. Elm York is a wonderful place. From the moment we moved our loved one here for their care, we have been super impressed. The whole staff works tirelessly with extreme detail and care to provide the best service possible. Elm York is a wonderful place. From the moment we moved our loved one here for their care, we have been super impressed. Hi my name is Marco Alvarez and I'm a resident at Elm York for 4 years now and can say it's a Teriffc and Warmth place to live at . I highly recommend it to find it a home place to grow . From activities thru recreation keeps your stay worth being here .
I moved to Elm York to find a forever home, and my experience here has been nothing but positive and family-oriented. The staff are incredibly kind and supportive. As someone who uses a wheelchair, I truly appreciate how attentive they are in helping me with any concerns or needs I may have. My home health aide is wonderful, and I am so thankful for all the services Elm York provides. I am especially grateful to Alla in administration, who genuinely cares about my health and well-being. It’s rare to find a place like Elm York that truly works with you and makes you feel valued. I have been here for almost a year now, and I have adjusted well with my roommate and the other residents. I am happy to call Elm York my home.
I moved to Elm York in October not too long ago from Nassau county for a home where I can get the proper care that I need. Although I am still adjusting to the new environment I have to say how wonder it is to be here at Elm York. I couldn't have picked a better place for myself where the staff and departments are taking care of my every need. All staff members are friendly and professional. I personally would like to thank Alla, the administrator who takes time out of her day to encourage and engage with other residents to enjoy daily activities. This whole facility is very family oriented and they will treat you as you are of their own. I personally struggle with socializing but Elm York makes sure that my voice is heard for any concerns and issues that I am dealing with. I am always making me friends and I look forward to sharing my stories. Thank you Elm York for always being there for me. I look forward to all the wonderful and bright future with my new life here.
Since i have been living here from 3.27.2024. I had a nice experince with the staff and residents. They take care of all of my needs since i am a dialysis patient. The food is always cater to my needs. I am always given my medication on a timely matter. I enjoy the activites that are hosted by the recrectional director. I enjoy playing pool, dominos, card games. My room is very clean and tidy. I get along well with my roommate. Case mangement department helps me with my needs as well. The administrator Alla, she is amazing at what she does. I am very appreciative to be apart of Elm Yorks family.
