I don't believe any patient or family member put a positive experience on this facility. It used to be great two years ago. Now, DO NOT BRING YOUR LOVED ONE HERE!!!! Very sad. This place took a dive off a cliff.
Friend is there and the care is absolutely horrible. They leave her in per own fecal mess for almost 3 hours.. also they lied and sent her off to another hospital to be evaluated becuz she was swearing … I’m sorry I’ve worked in long term, rehab and every other place if you can’t handle someone getting upset.. and take it personal then you really should NOT be a nurse!! Learn to walk away .. instead of antagonizing the patient to get them in a uproar and then lie to the director of nursing to get them sent out.. to threaten to lock them up in there bedroom and have the tv unplugged..I believe…

My mom was in there 6 months and the care was horrific she had a fall in the bathroom and was shipped to Albany Med where she passed away from intracranial hemorrhage please please do not put your loved ones there 🙏
My mother who is now deceased stayed in this facility for 6 months,I have never seen such terrible care,I was not the proxy so I couldn't remove her,we complained to them about bruises on my mom why she's alone in a bathroom in the dark alone when she just had a fall,I feel sorry for my mom for the pain she occurred here but I can't tell her that anymore,thanks Wilkinson for your terrible care of my mom,you should be ashamed of the care you provide
Do not send your loved ones here The aides are more worried about chatting with each other than taking care of patients My mother fell several times in there and they killed her
I would never recommend this place to anyone.they leave patients in the bathroom,forever even after they had a fall the nurses buzzer is always where she can't reach it,place is dingy and dark and the third floor is the absolute worse,no compassion no caring no nothing,now my mother had another fall,and she is dead now because of this place..sickening how they hardly ever checked on her
My mother in law rosemary has been very complementary of the staff and the therapists. She has also really enjoyed the quality and variety of the food.
