I am very impressed with the staff, the facility layout! The open concept, and individual room with private bathrooms. Very clean also! My grandmother is very pleased. Thank you to the amazing stafd
My mom is staying at Eddy Village Green at Cohoes. The people were kind. The model was superior because they made it feel like a family kind of experience. They help with toileting and showering. The facility is excellent and very clean. The staff members care about the residents. My mom's room is spacious and has its own bathroom inside. The food is adequate. They can't make it too spicy, too salty, or too sweet. She has Medicaid.

I am absolutely blown away by the exceptional care my mother received from Sonia! Her compassion, kindness, and professionalism shone through in every interaction. From administering medication to monitoring vital signs, Sonia demonstrated a deep understanding of my mother’s needs and went above and beyond to ensure her comfort and well-being. Sonia’s gentle manner put my mother at ease, and her attention to detail was impressive. I can't thank Sonia enough for the outstanding care she provided. 5 stars isn't enough - I'd give her 10 stars if I could!
The rooms are just right size with your favorite chair from home and own bathroom. The staff is attentive and plenty of them. The food is great, we’ve eaten there with my Mom. Dr is on call if needed. An RN there or LPN and few certified Aides. All is a nice place there. They treated my Mom very nicely

Short staffed!! Terrible food. Building and grounds are pretty. I'm guessing it was better before COVID.
I toured the Eddy today considering it for placement of my husband. The other day I toured Schuyler Ridge and I loved that but after touring the Eddy I LOVED that and really hope to get my husband in. Hanna was very informative and answered all my questions. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE TAKE MY HUSBAND. 🤞🙏🙏🙏
