3.3 · 4 reviewsVery bad experience, Started application process on 8/29/2022 with signing paperwork on 9/2 it took two months plus for them to even review my documents after submitting everything that was asked for and for them to get back to me communication is horrible I have to constantly call them leaving msgs every single day up until the very last week of the 2nd month I had to email/call to see if they even had an answer when they finally got back to me after I gave them 48hrs I had to again reach out instead of them even contacting me back as I was told that they would let me know in 48hrs to advise…

Very bad experience, Started application process on 8/29/2022 with signing paperwork on 9/2 it took two months plus for them to even review my documents after submitting everything that was asked for and for them to get back to me communication is horrible I have to constantly call them leaving msgs every single day up until the very last week of the 2nd month I had to email/call to see if they even had an answer when they finally got back to me after I gave them 48hrs I had to again reach out instead of them even contacting me back as I was told that they would let me know in 48hrs to advise me if I am approved or not. The key is communication not leaving the applicants hanging for two months after asking for all of the paper work and having the applicants go back and fourth for everything. Also while calling being dodged for the calls and emails.
