Amazing! I was sure my 94 year old mother was headed to long term care after a 4 week hospitalization. Three weeks at Daughters of Sarah rehabilitation and she returned to her own home - alone - which was exactly what she wanted. The nurses and therapists there are amazing.
My mother spent five weeks in inpatient rehabilitation at Daughters of Sarah, and we couldn’t have been more pleased with the care she received. The Green Unit staff was exceptional, and everyone—from the receptionists and custodial staff to the nurses, aides, assistants, and therapists—was kind, professional, and compassionate. The rehabilitation program was outstanding, and my mother made tremendous progress. We are truly grateful to everyone who played a part in her recovery.
Good people. Good surroundings.
The Daughters of Sarah Therapy Department gave me my husband back. When he first arrived, he was so incredibly sick and had lost so much of the independence and strength that defined him. It was one of the hardest times in our lives, and there were moments when coming home felt like a distant dream. But Suzette, Maegan, and Lauren never stopped believing in him — even on the days he struggled to believe in himself. They cared for him with a level of compassion, patience, and dignity that I will never be able to fully put into words. They celebrated every tiny victory, lifted him up on the hardest days, and pushed him just enough to help him see what was still possible. They didn’t just work with him physically — they rebuilt his confidence, his spirit, and our hope as a family. The day he walked back into our home stronger and more independent is a moment I will carry in my heart forever. That moment exists because of these three extraordinary women and the incredible therapy team at Daughters of Sarah. Thank you for giving him his life back — and for giving our family wholeness again. We will be forever grateful for the entire staff at Daughters of Sarah for the kindness and care they provided.💙
The Daughters of Sarah Therapy Department truly changed our lives. When my father arrived, he was extremely sick, weak, and far from the independent man he had always been. From the very beginning, the therapists treated him with not only exceptional clinical skill, but also with genuine compassion, patience, and encouragement. A very special thank you to Suzette, Maegan, and Lauren. Their kindness, dedication, and belief in my father never wavered. They took the time to learn who he was as a person, set meaningful goals, and celebrate every small victory along the way. Day by day, they rebuilt his strength, confidence, and ability to care for himself, always pushing him just the right amount while making him feel safe and supported. Because of the incredible care he received at Daughters of Sarah, my father regained his independence and was able to return home — something our family will be forever grateful for. They didn’t just provide therapy; they gave him hope, dignity, and quality of life. We cannot recommend the Daughters of Sarah Therapy Department highly enough. Suzette, Maegan, and Lauren are truly extraordinary and will always hold a special place in our hearts. 💙
My mother was transferred to this facility from the hospital for Rehab. She was there for 10 days. Overall this nursing home was fine. My mother was in a private room and was immunocompromised at the time - so she did not have the opportunity to really check out the facilities and any activities they offer while there. While there she was recovering from a cardio procedure and her goal was to get stronger so she could walk and do her activities of daily living independently. Positives: - Clean - Secure check-in - Private room - She said someone came to help her get ready each morning. - Meals were delivered to her since she couldn't eat in dining hall. - I felt comfortable leaving her there and felt she was safe. Negatives: - I had trouble getting ahold of staff to discuss her care plan. - They didn't really involve the family in her Rehab or teach us anything to help her. I am trying to be as honest as possible in my reviews - as I know from my experience that when the hospital wants to discharge - families are faced with critical decisions and little options for Rehab or long-term care.
My mom resides there, I love it, very clean, great workers, alot of activities, my mom says that the food is really good, I definitely give them 5 stars,
The staff at Daughters of Sarah are compassionate caregivers who treat each resident with respect and dignity. The facility is well-maintained. The care my mother received exceeded our expectations. My mother felt safe, cared for and loved by all staff members.
