Run down old facility. Lack of care for residents, no stimulating activities.

Visited a friend from church. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. My friend was up in a wheelchair in front of the tv with a group of other residents, many of whom were also very friendly.

i was a resident here from dec 2 until jan 8. the nursing staff is the only part of this place that is good. all "care givers", rehab, can's, RN, LPN. the major problem is in order to rehab correctly, to gain energy you need to have nourishment and the food in inedible. it's thrown together using imitation eggs, they do not understand how to make toast, pancakes are hockey pucks and all of the food is either without spices or over loaded with salt. their coffee is totally disgusting. they are constantly out of supplies, no tea bags, no tissue and then the ice machine. we're taking meds with…

i was a resident here from dec 2 until jan 8. the nursing staff is the only part of this place that is good. all "care givers", rehab, can's, RN, LPN. the major problem is in order to rehab correctly, to gain energy you need to have nourishment and the food in inedible. it's thrown together using imitation eggs, they do not understand how to make toast, pancakes are hockey pucks and all of the food is either without spices or over loaded with salt. their coffee is totally disgusting. they are constantly out of supplies, no tea bags, no tissue and then the ice machine. we're taking meds with warm tap water. the admin needs to spend just a little on buying one. the toilet in my room was crooked making it very uncomfortable to sit on and i asked 5 times to please undo the bolts, straighten it up but it was ignored. the good shower the only one that has a spot to sit on to get dressed somebody broke the shower head, not fixed 2 weeks. i could keep going but this place needs a revamp with the owners. again the nursing care is the best, the rest not so awesome. 1 star just for the nurses.

The world's worst place. Staff are incompetent and completely ignore their residents. This place should be closed.

Everyone that I know that was sent there died..abused neglected...my mother was there sharing a room with a woman that was dead.for 2 hours before I finally said something wasnt right....my brother in law died there who developed thrush and Noone did shit...those people all need to be held accountable for their actions

This is the 3rd memory care facility my mother in law has been in and it is by far the best! It is clean, clean clean! It is beautifully decorated, bright and happy. The staff have been so friendly and helpful! Always ready to answer questions and quick to call back. Whether it’s the nurse manager, the social worker, the activities director, the financial director, or the laundry director, each and every one has been attentive and helpful. The nurses, techs, and housekeeping staff are always quick with a smile and friendly hello. I’ve seen them interact with multiple residents without them knowing and they have always been kind and helpful which can be challenging with those who constantly need redirection. The setting is a tranquil rural scene. I am beyond impressed and so happy that in what is not an ideal situation (having one’s family in need of care) they have made us feel very happy and grateful for the excellent care!

Capstone is like no other, they treat their residents as if they are family. Jessica administrator, Gabby Director of nursing and all of the staff put their heart and soul into making the building a loving and healing environment for the patients.

I would recommend the facility to friends and family members. I loved the activities department, it kills the time and keeps people active and engaged with the community- Morgan, Bonnie, and Jada were all a great team. Jaylyn was friendly and helpful outgoing. The energy in that department is excellent. Social Services with Amy and Autumn were helpful and knowledgeable about the needs. Food some days could be better. Megan is great in nursing they always know when I could use a pick me up. I wish I could know all the names, activities sometimes get in the way of Therapy, but I truly think it's phenomenal. They know your limitations, if you can't do it, they let you rest but they push you and encourage you to keep going! These are excellent aids- Brandi, Gloria, Vicky, Michelle but they moved her to the third floor. :( Shaya Mekenzie was great too. Desta too. Jess (Yesiena) Samara ! WE love you Matt! Customer Service - from Maria and Donna - If I ever had to go back to a nursing home, I would choose Capstone again- and I already told my daughter.
