My mom moved to Brothers Of Mercy Sacred Heart Home. It's really been very positive. They're very caring. They get all three meals and snacks. They always have snacks available. The facility, it's single-level. It has wide halls, no obstructions, and her doors are all wide. She's got a sliding door in her bathroom. It's just really nice. It's newer. They have bingo. They had a custom party for Halloween. They went trick or treating. They do manicures. They do have happy hour and they usually have snacks and drinks. They have games. They have name-that-tune kind of games and things like that.…

My grandmother lived here for several years and I visited her a few times. Every single time I went I was amazed at the cheerfulness and genuine goodheartedness of the staff. Everyone that I encountered that worked here was a kind soul, and my grandmother had nothing but great things to say about the facility. I'm glad they were able to make her last few years as pleasant as possible.
