Brothers of Mercy Sacred Heart Home in Clarence, New York is a 70-suite nonprofit residence on the Brothers of Mercy campus offering independent living and assisted living plus a secured 18-suite memory care wing added during a 2021 campus update. New York State licenses the community as an Adult Home and an Assisted Living Residence; private and companion suites were renovated with wider doorways, individual climate controls and barrier-free baths.
Staff provide 24/7 assistance for bathing, dressing, medication administration and higher-acuity needs through an Enhanced Assisted Living option, with a licensed nurse on-site or on call and priority access to on-campus rehabilitation, therapy and specialty services. Daily life includes three chef-prepared meals developed with a registered dietitian, scheduled wheelchair-accessible transportation, an activities program, chapel, salon and landscaped walking paths across the campus.
