How is this place open? It’s falling apart. We took my father in law and he didn’t last 24 hrs, we got there Saturday at 1pm and took him out the following day by 11am. Pictures on the website are NOT what they are!! The place is a bit dark, the smell is HORRIBLE. The AC was not working even the front desk had a big fan blowing towards them. The bathroom omg the tiles are falling apart, the glass on the mirror was broken and it was dirty. The room had a fly sticky trap on the ceiling, the curtain has never been clean or washed, it was disgusted!!! Let’s talk about staff… they all say hi, they seem friendly, when the nurse came and introduced herself she seemed nice but what we didn’t like was she put themselves first like if we come and see him peed or soiled it’s not really their fault, so who’s fault is it? The city needs to look into this center it’s falling apart!! What happens to the money the center gets where does it go to?

Hello Bronx family.. my mom just arrived at this facility so this is an early review. I have to say that the facility itself is a hidden gem. The care and attention my mother is receiving is heartwarming. Yesterday there was a party and I didnt want to leave. Music made me feel like I was at Orchard Beach. My mother complains about her body hurting but that shows me that they are working her body with physical therapy. I'm really happy about that. So a huge thank you to Nurse Cynthia you're awesome. Nurse Shanell you're so sweet, Mr Vega thank you for your kindness. To the aids on the 2nd floor... you all Rock. If you ever decided to repaint the 2nd floor I volunteer. We gotta remove that sad color. Thank you for serving our community with such care. Denise Soto

This is the worst rehab I’ve ever experienced in all my years as a social worker. My friend has fallen out of bed. He has ended up in the emergency room several times due to staff is negligence. I have witnessed him pressing thecall button and they Do Not Respond! His property has been stolen and nothing was done about it. The medical care is not state of the art nor have I witnessed any individualized treatment plan . It is difficult to get anyone to answer questions pertaining to my friends progress. New York State really needs to evaluate this treatment facility. Please think again if you’re planning on bringing a loved one to this rehab.
