3.7 · 91 reviewsMy parents have been in the enhanced assisted living area for 2 months. They are very happy there. Their care is excellent, they have plenty of very kind, professional staff members who truly seem to like what they do. The Administrative team is very attentive and available. The activities are varied and they frequently have outside entertainment and fun outings to attend. They are happy with the quality of the food and the choices. The environment is kept clean and comfortable. I would recommend without hesitation!
Our mom has been a resident at Brompton Heights for over two years now. She has transitioned from assisted living into the memory care unit where she receives great care from the nursing staff. We're always made aware of any changes necessary in her medications or other areas of need. The activities staff truly engages the residents and keeps them involved and participating in varied functions offered with a wide range of interests. The entire staff at Brompton knows every resident and that is of great comfort when you're entrusting them with the care of your loved one.
I have been so impressed with the staff at Brompton Heights. They truly put the residents first and give excellent care!

Amazing service and kind to residents
Brompton Heights has been a good choice for assisted living for our loved one. They encourage active social lives and have activities, even during the middle of the night, for those who have problems sleeping at night. They encourage independence and self sufficiency while politely and in a friendly manor offering some assistance if needed. The common areas and rooms are very clean and smell nice. The staff are friendly, caring and respectful. We feel that our loved one is safe and a helping hand is usually near by. The food looks and smells great. The few times we were able to join for dinner it was tasty. The grounds are peaceful and the campus is in a really nice quiet neighborhood in the northtowns nestled between Sheridan Drive and Main Street. There were some minor hiccups during our loved ones transition to life there, but they were relatively small inconveniences. Our loved one as well as us have slowly and happily been adjusting to this era of life and have been making new friends along the way.
This is the best place to have your loved one taken care of. The staff is very caring and knowledgeable. They treat my Mom as one of their family. Always smiling and friendly. My Mom raves about the food. Plus they get ice cream ever day @2pm. The Facility is also great! Nice rooms. Plenty of activities on the schedule. I can sleep at night knowing that my Mom is safe and taken good care of! Thank you Brompton Heights.
My Mom lived at Brompton Heights for less than a year. My Dad was in memory care there for only a few months. Management is clueless and does nothing but cover up substandard care. Very disappointing and dangerous for vulnerable residents. Families beware
Brampton heights is an amazing facility, they go above and beyond their residents and staff. When I have to place my parents in a facility Brampton heights will be at the top of the list! Keep up the good work!!
