Brandywine the Savoy by Monarch

We toured Brandywine Living at The Savoy. It's very clean. We met some of the staff there as well. They were very helpful and answered all the questions. We toured the whole facility. Outside, they showed us where weather permitting the people who live there could go and sit outside. They shared with us their different activities. They have small concerts where people come and sing and there's a lot for them to do if you want to participate.

Can't comment on facility as have not viewed. Made an appt and scheduled a phone call with Community Director Kristine Medina. Unfortunately she never bothered to call me back to discuss my situation. Since none of my questions were answered during the phone call we scheduled since I did not receive a call back, I won't be touring. If the customer service is this bad prior to being a resident I can only imagine how bad the customer service is once you live there. I will not be touring: or considering this Community.

This is a wonderful community. The staff are very warm and welcoming.

The Savoy is a great place to live. They try to make sure you feel at home and comfortable. You feel safe and relaxed here. If anything, they are currently understaffed but insist this will improve.

This is an issue I wanted to report very long & I'll give it one week to see if the home care will take further action or I'll be taking it up with the management team. This direct location has an employee by the name of "Shonette Bynoe" who be treating the residents like dogs and shouting on them like she has not been properly trained to conduct her work. Also I asked another employee about her just too see if it's true and she confirmed it is which I have evidence to show. She also mentioned how this Shonette girl be gossiping about the patient privacy and also other employees names. If she cannot be moved from this location I will be removing my mom from here & also taking further actions
